Andrea founded ALM Floor Covering & Property Services, Inc. because she dreamed of starting a woman-owned floor covering company. Andrea meets with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and reviews every job for quality assurance. She lives with her husband, Phil, and their two sons, Austin and Adam, in Southern New Hampshire. Andrea has a strong eye for design and uses her skills as an interior designer to offer her customers superior flooring solutions.

Jay has over 25 years experience in flooring installation and property management. He is an expert at working with property managers to turn apartments very quickly in order to ensure uninterrupted revenue flow. A father of three, Jay and his family reside in Southern New Hampshire. For Jay, maintaining the stellar relationship and workmanship he possesses with his clients matters most.
